We'll reach out to you when your photo can be edited into a better version using our professional designs (e.g. balanced image placement,...). If you request any changes, we will make adjustments. After you confirm, we will go ahead with the engraving. You will have 2 days to approve or request any changes. Your response time may affect your delivery time.
